Im thinking of converting my lost 5ive t 2.0 to a hybrid because where I live it's mostly sand and the car feels really heavy on sand. I have two options, either to convert it to a hybrid or to improve some things to make it better in sand. If I am going to convert it, I would not want to spent too much on it or just leaving it 4wd and adding some diff lockers maybe?

You could get the DIY hybrid chassis from Taylor rc. Is already setup for a baja rear, and losi setup.

Or just drill it for a baja plate, and bolt on a baja rear end

So i have a baja rear end laying around, and what else should i need? Because the chassis from taylor is a bit too expensive for it since i just got a 34cc ported engine in it

No biggie, and bolt on rear end would work well, you'll need extended arms in the back half to match the width of the losi. Also you'll need a way to attack the cage in the rear, which detroit performance also sells.

Thanks! Ill have a look today online for some missing parts since currently Im looking for: the rear shocks, and the main spur and pinion and the brakes, the rear plate that holds them on and thats all. I don’t really care about the condition i just need them working. So if someone has any of these please lmk if anyone is looking to sell!

So I found this one https://www.detroitperformancerc.com/product-page/rcmax-hybrid-rear-bumper-cage-mount-bracket
This the only part I need to mount the rear bumper or do I need a bracket because in the description it says that I need a bracket from a bonehead wheelie bar?

How is that working out? I live in Egypt , same situation, mostly sand here. Question is I’m looking for exact measurements to see where to bolt the rear Baja plate on the losi chassis since I did not purchase the rc max chassis either
