Dual spring clutch

Hi. What is your opinion on the Rovan dual spring clutches?
The shoes part looks like a good idea. The way they mount with a single bolt along the axis of rotation worries me. Is there enough friction for holding it?

(I use FS sintered clutch shoes already)

Just a typical centrifugal clutch . Like brakes on a car, all do the same thing in different ways
