Hi,

What's your thoughts about electric Baja 5B and running with mechanic brakes?

Anyone tried already?

Thanks

There is hydraulic front brake kits you could install. Otherwise, there's no reason to keep the mechanical brakes on an electric Baja.

I actually was thinking about how to manouvering the 5B in the air as 5B is only RWD. My 5B is front heavy.
My idea using disc brakes to control in the air where I want to nose dive or rear.

needs adjustment, one more system to go wrong. the only improvement would be if you got a front and rear kit but idk that it would be compatible with the electric car. this will give you shorter braking distance but needs fiddling, adjustment, have to add a servo and worry about not overstressing it or it going bad. i had the mechanical kit from rovan. i would stay away from hydraulic as it can leak and those kits are chinese and questionable quality (seals untrustworthy). you can't air control it with just the rear wheels? i would think them being so big and heavy that would work.
