Extend a tuned pipe?

Hi!

It`s me again I was looking at the samba pipe today for my FG MT. I noticed that this pipe wans`t long enough to reach out of the body, which means that you have to extend the tail of the pipe a bit. For example like this:



Does this effect the performance of the pipe in any way, you think?

the length of the stinger does have an effect but I think it is neglegable, especially with the short extension you have fitted

I use this on my monster truck. Makes no noticeable difference apart from oil/exhaust now doesn't go all over the inside of the body.
