I got tired of looking for batteries that have banana plugs. So I switched them to universal plugs... Car runs great & I can visit the local hobby store to buy batteries. One problem I suddenly notice is my little fan stopped running when I turn the car on.


Rampage XBE - venom 3s 35 cells 5800 Lipo... Anyone have any idea what's going on?
 
Is this the HW ESC? There should be a connector going from the fan to the side of the ESC. If you can pop off the connector and give it direct power from a small pack, that should tell you if it's dead or not. If it is, I'm sure it's a common fan size and could be easily replaced.
