fastest and best power n speed hop up

Whats the best and st power boost to say. Like a certain exhaust gearing for low end or do i just need to tweak the carb and fuel ratio

A good tuned pipe. The mid bleeds tend to produce better low end results. Also a 8000 rpm clutch spring. That will let the engagement be close to the power band.
