FG Aftermarket

I know that many of us see how much is offered for the HPI Baja vs our FG buggies, and at decent prices (considering most of it is from china). I have requested (from an aftermarket manufacturer) and know we have discussed adapters / wheels to run HPI tires. Yet I was curious as to what most of you would like to see offered as options. Now, I am not talking about superchargers, or no-sense stuff, but realistic parts to improve the performance or durability. There are many parts available via Europe, but you pay the price for the quality as well as the Euro.

A few of us American manufacturers are getting back into the FG and MCD market now. I'm sure it will get much better in teh next year or so. Don't know about the Asian guys.

I wish I was able to make up some motor mounts for the Firehammer models man I could of made a killing by now. Think of what you could charge and still make it worth the buyer to buy from the states instead of high priced overseas shipping. And now the cost of the US dollar makes it even more worth it. Sorry I know its not FG or HPI but had to throw that out there.
I would like to see the availability of a US made 4x4.:blush:

I doubt anyone will make FG only mods. The Furehammer and the othe rcloens are selling better than the FGs in the states.

That I can understand, but if the clones are selling so well, why is no one offering options. Elcon, and Carson in Europe, but no one here besides Duratrax, and they offer limited items.

I can only speak for a few of the hop-up guys in the states. The Baja is doing so well, most of us garage guys are far behind anyway. We don't have extra capacity to do Clone stuff. But, its coming.
