When you logon, open the 'User CP' section as this is where you can change / install your location.
This will help anyone trying to help you here.
If you're in Birmingham and somebody's got an F1 in Bromsgrove going that you like with 'local collection only', you're laughing, but if you're in Pennsylvania, I don't think you'll pay the return airfare just to collect
