FG Rear Driving Axle

The front squares are larger than the rears but the front axles are also a little longer, I could place the rear squares on the front and that would work but the rear squares are pretty short all ready, not sure if anyone makes the squares short enough to solve the problem with the rear axles coming up short. Does anyone know what the shortest square size with a 18mm diameter and where can purchase them, I bought the truck used and cant stand the stock wheels, I just wanted to make it look a little better until The (BOSS/WIFE) gives me the go ahead to get a FG. Fellas I thank you for all your help, if all else fails I will attempt to solve the problem with a dremmel but I really hate to ruin brand new wheels.
 
Sorry, didn't read very well I gave a measurement for the drive shafts not axle.:blush:
I will get you a true measurement of what you asked for.

Thanks Bigger that would be great, I have not taken the dremmel to the wheels yet, and am still open for suggestions fellas. By the way the Firehammer MT rear drive stub axles are length 2.71" (69mm) and diameter .31" (8mm)

:) Thanks B&b thats just what I needed. and they just might work for me I guess it wont hurt to try before I hack the wheels up, if I cant use them im sure someone else here will be able to.

I purchased a set of wheels from epay and the centers are too thick, wheels go on the wheel square but not enough shaft sticks to get the wheel nuts on.

I BOUGHT THOSE SAME TIRES AND RIMS ON EBAY TOO THE TIRES ARE AWSOME THE RIMS SUCK, THEY BREAK WAY TO EASY I'VE BROKE TWO OUT OF FOUR THE STOCK RIMS ARE WAY STRONGER!!!TMO
