Hey guys I just bought an old fg sports line it use to be a 510 wheelbase but the old owner changed the chassis plate into a 535 it has an old zenoah g2d 23cc in it and I want to change it for a newer cy23 I have I haven't tried yet but by the looks of it the cy 23 is 5mm wider ... I was wondering if the gears are going to lineup and if the clutch housing from the original engine will work on the cy ... is there any other mounts I should get thanks in advance

Hello,

it will be no problem to change the engine into the new version you will only need the small engine mount/plate.
The mounting possition is the same in the car so you will not have any problems.

Best regards
Wolle

I had that same engine in my FG Porsche 911 GT2 and then upgraded to a newer Zenoah G260RC using the aluminium fixing plate. The part number is FG07398
