hi guys
As explained before in another thread im having problems with my GTB front brakes,
ive tried contacting GTB over the last 2 yrs to no avail, so just recently I contacted FID,
through messenger , basically told to go to original seller , oh that would be GTBracing,
(here we go talking to a dim wit from the planet tw-at).
so as it happens FIDracing split from GTBracing 5yrs ago according to the rep,
fid weren't called fid then they called themselves that after the split, so how can GTB products
still be available , if GTB are not trading, unless FID have bought all the selling rights from GTB
which means FID still have a responsibility to GTB products and more importantly the
customer base which is the whole point.
They are the same company except GTB logo isn't used anymore so the old stock
is being sold off at original price which is wrong, the colours are the same , the design is the same,
and quality is the same .
If only FID would update there website get rid of the GTB website ,
instead of abandoning the websites and using messenger to promote there new products,
which is fine but do both and cater more hobbyists
when the only way you can get through to a company is through messenger
thats a poor state of affairs
sorry for the rant but this f-----g infuriates me
