Take off the bumper and the 2 long screws that are holding the aluminum sus arm holder and that's it. You may need pliers to pull the pin out if it's not to bent

today i hit a tree and it obliterated my suspension arm. how do i take off the metal bar that holds it on to replace it?
Those damn trees like to chase me down also. :p

Easy fix though.

thanks for the welcome, i think im going with the aluminum upgrades. im assuming they're better and will be able to talke a little more beating

They look good but the only problem is that the aluminum will not flex on a impact they will bend. It's better to have a mix of plastic and aluminum mix if your doing some good bashing but if it's a street ride aluminum would be fine
