Hi not been on for a long time when I brought my fg baja 2wd the shop told me to mix 150 ml oil to 5 litres of petrol 32.1 I no it's a bit late is that ok because shouldn't it be 25.1 any help would be grateful
Cheers Andy

Everyone defaults to 25:1.
Many use 32:1 but not higher.
Don't forget, the only lubrication comes from the oil mixed in the fuel.
Many have tried both, not noticed any real performance difference, and preferred to return to 25:1 'for safety'.

mate i only run 32/1 in both my oddified engines when i first got the 29cc that had a few tanks @25/1 while it was running in then i swaped it to 32/1 but as atom's said don't go any less than 25/1 - 32/1 and a good oil is worth the extra money i use putoline mx5 fully synthetic in both cars

its your call mate but with the price of petrol i wouldnt mix another lot lol if your engines new then i would use 25/1 but if its got a few runs on it then yes use the 32/1 it don't make a massive difference its just my way everybody has there own mix that they swear by

Yeah been using 32.1 for quite some time so I think i will carry on it seems a popular mix lot of guys on here use it had to get use of the carb setting when turning anticlockwise its leaning out didn't realise at the time
