Gear mesh issue

Does this look correct it looks like my pinion is only riding on one half of my spur gear

Looks like pinion is not down tight to clutch drum

+2, pinion has to be in the groove of your clutchbell shaft, it will strip if it isn't bolted in all the way. (blue threadlock)

Thanks guys the pinion is acually screwed all the way in i had to give it a small tap wit a mallet seems like my clutch bell was pushed outward

Having the same issue apparently...need to call it a night and tackle it tomorrow...I will say that the Pic above looks exactly like mine at the moment.

The pinion is not seated properly on the clutch bell.... i pulled the pinion and reinstalled it
