Gear setup mcd baja 1000 with ts motor

would like your councils to know the best gear setup with Trevor Simpson motor on the Baja 1000 evo 3;
so, I would have maximum power and speed !

The thing that is great about the MCD's is that you can play around with the gearing. Which TS motor do you have?

I have a 29cc motor on mine and it has plenty of torque.

There was a sheet for different gear setups. Can't remember which one i use, but i will check tonight when i get back from work.

my moteur is T.S 30.5CC + 2mm stroke 7 hp chrome with Samba tuned pipe

If you are using the stock MCD tyres (170 or 175mm diameter), try 33, 30, 23, 26 but make sure the engine is not pulling high rpms. If it is change to 33, 30, 24, 25 or even 35, 28, 23, 26.

check on mcdrc.com ther is a cool gear table on there... I run a 29 cc with magic bullit, using 33/30/26/23 an it is awesome. Check in genaral rc at my vid, or mcd baja more mud on inside thag out.just to giv u a rough look at speed.

I seen the vids and I am a member on the site GottaMCD is name.
I hope to getting the TS/ONB RACING Special Edition Motor when they
are ready to sell another one. Sean and Erik-jan said they would keep me in the loop. That motor hauls the mail and with a good gear setup will
be insane. Thanks though for you gearing because yours rips right along
too. I am going to try it with an ONB Racing 30.5 Full mod at first. I would like
a Reed case but I can wait.
