getting into large scale

planning to get into large-scale. having a hard time to choose the over-all best manufacturer. whic do i pick..... FG, MCD, NUTech, HARM, etc.
your info and feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks

i can go 2wd or 4wd. i see some 4wd at about the same price of some 2wd, and some 4wd go as high as double the price of other 4wd. are the low-priced models good enough or they need a lot of upgrades in the long run. how do the low priced 4wd compare to the FG 4wd????

whats your budget ? what are u planning to do with it [ racing or bashing] ?
are u goingto keep it mostly standard or mod it major ?

more on racing..... it's not really the budget, it's like more value for the money, the buggy for example (fg baja vs. redcat rampage vs. hpi baja on the entry level scale, right/) i guess i'll start on the entry level and go on from there or go all the way to the fg baja 4wd right . any suggestions.....
