On the first run the screw on the drive gear(small one) came loose and got stuck, you know where! Fortunately no damage. Relaced the screw and washer, dabbed some locktite on, had a couple of beers and took a nother spin. Same old story.
The fix- half inch screw and washer, plenty locktite and a small plate made from shim stock. The plate is mounted on the cover spacers, kept tight when the transparent cover is installed.
This stops the screw from falling out and landing in the gears again.
Second problem - got to remove the clutch to set it.
The fix - mark on the outer ring of the gear the position of the set screws, using a 4 inch grinder, carefully notch out the ring. Now all you have to do is take off the cover to set your clutch.
Hope it's of use to some-one!
