Help to remove 2 speed bearing

It can be very tricky to remove. You have to line up the two pins on the shaft with the keyway that is cut in the bearing. The way I do it is to use a screw driver behind the gears and gently prise it while turning the gear slowly until the pins and the keyway line up then the gear will slide off easily.
 
Thanks for the quick reply guys but that will not help in this case because the inner part of the bearing is broke from the outer part so when I hold the shaft and turn the gear the inner part of the bearings just turn with the shaft while the outer top part of the bearing hold with the gear.
 
Thanks for the much need help guys after reading what you guys said and I seen the pins because the bearing was broke I line them up and had to beat the back of the gear with a hammer and it poped off have it fixed now just came back from a test run and its back running like a scaled dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks.
