I have not been myself but do think from some older postings about events there that " yes" there were some vendors.Question for anyone thats been there. Do they have any venders that go?
I was thinking maybe going up on the Saturday just as a spectator to check it out.I have not been myself but do think from some older postings about events there that " yes" there were some vendors.
Been debating on throwing my hat in the ring but having never actually raced RC I am skeptical.
You going? It is relatively close.
Yes. The owner Shawn is going to have a full time parts shop track side now on. And Mathew olsen of MOD will have his mod pop up shop. OBR Dan will be there this year with possibly parts/engines but mainly an abundance of knowledge will be on site. Come out and race. The only way you be disappointed is if you came but didn’t bring a rig to some fun.Question for anyone thats been there. Do they have any venders that go?
We all started some where. This would be the race to race. Help would be everywhere. My 1st race 1/5 was in doors on a1/8 scale track with 300 people. Just got the losi a month before and never even jumped it yet. Intimidating but was hookedI have not been myself but do think from some older postings about events there that " yes" there were some vendors.

A good stock truck with a pipe and upgraded servos is all you need to be competitive. I got a many podiums with a stock engine with pipe. Everything else is just us looking for more durability to our abuseI am worried "if" I did give it a try the next thing would be hundreds in upgrades to get my stocker up to speed. Right now I have way too many irons in the fire to even think about anything else.
Like taking my go-kart to the Indy 500 and trying to compete.
Still could be a good day trip to see how it is done.
You would be missing out on a great time. I got and know many who got podiums with bone stock 2.0 1.0 rigs. I even pulled off a 1st place with stock steering servo when a upgraded servos let out the smoke.I think if i showed up there with my basically stock v1.0 it would take a look around and go nope..lock all 4 wheels up and wouldn't get out of the truck, kinda like taking the dog to the vet.![]()
Just think of the build you have when your doneI am worried "if" I did give it a try the next thing would be hundreds in upgrades to get my stocker up to speed. Right now I have way too many irons in the fire to even think about anything else.
