You can rebuild an engine or replace it fairly cheaply. For the money, if you're looking for handling, I'd go with the MCD. If you're looking for big air and lots of upgrade potential, I'd go HPI Baja.

I'd rather have an MCD Race Runner V4 over a Baja just about any day, but that's a matter of personal preference. I've owned a Baja or three as well, so I do enjoy them, but for my running style I can't say enough good things about my MCD's.

fireman it would help with your location in your user CP:rolleyes:

i would go for a MCD as there is no comparison between the mcd and hpi

problem is that MCD are not doing a Baja1000 at the moment .....

i have 3 MCD's 2 of them being the evo3 race runner ultimates...

2 of them with baja1000 bodies and one with the V4 body

parts cost an arm and a leg i:e LSD's being $200+ each

K....

I live in maryland in the USA.

Only thing about some brands like MCD here in the states sometimes parts can be hard to get or can take a while to get them. I only know of one place in the states to get parts for the MCD but there might be more. One thing about the HPI baja parts are plentiful every one has them and well supported from the after market folks.
