i have been searching forums for on road gas 1/5 scale cars and seems like no one agrees on anything. i cant see spending big $$$ for and FG so i want to try a less exspensive one like the FS touring for 699 shipped sounds great. or the cyclone. i have a spektrum control system for it and plenty of spare servos if needed. i have large scale boats and off road stuff all FG or MCD or Bonzi or WHH for water. so i have alot of $$$ tied up in rc's and just wanted to try and see if the imports are any better than they use to be. i bought one of the first carson titans 4x4 and was'nt happy at all. maybe there the same as always. i don't even know if i will like on road action. i seem to with my off road rc's and think on raod my be very cool. ??????? thanks for ur help

Then worst thing is you loose about 100.00 in reselling it. OR-

Both are around the same cost as a new clone but he could tell you what or if there are upgrades needed.

Do you have a Baja? On the HBF site there is a new onroad tire coming out that may give you a feeling of having both for less??

i d make someone a good deal on my Bergonzoni with all the extras. 1100.00 shipped in the us, thats a full car, ready to go with your radio and rx/ a spare ready to run motor, 4 wheel disc brakes, another motor with most everything but a piston/ps case/ and carb, rims/ new tires, foams ect... check my add for all the info.

the one on ebay with 2 cars, the yellow one was one of mine. i sold it a few months back, and in the process made a bajastafarian out of the buyer, thus why he is now selling the one he just bought from me cuz hes baja nuts.

:helpsmilie:the clones are tempting. that drifter model seems to be all set to go. for 700 maybe that the way to go. i emailed the seller of those cars and no response. his adds are very clear on the mods that he has done and for the money seems like a great deal. i have a baja ss that i might take your idea and put the new on road tires on the baja and see if that will get me excited. this is a great addiction to have.:blush:
 
good luck on it. you ll be one of the first around here to be able to finger ione over up close and personal like.

ofcourse we expect a full review now that you have one comming. with all the good, bad, and ugly included. lol no, but a few lines on it and some nice detailed pics would be great.
