I built my Vekta.5 a year or so ago and recently built an electric Vesla. I opted for the gas kit and got the E-conversion so I would have both possibilities. I slapped a hobbywing combo in there and it just didn't do it for me. I need some noise! So here we go! I can't afford another motor right now, so I'm going to put the ESP34 from my Vekta in it. Maybe one day I'll put a 40gt in the Vekta...

Here is what I got so far. That aluminum motor plate and brake holder bracket are way lighter than the stock casting.

Yeah buddy , I am with you.

Don't get me wrong ; electric has come a long way and to me has it's place but there is nothing like gas.
Well except Nitro ; the smell of burnt nitro , there is nothing like it.

Worst case ( or best ) you can always switch back .

Get ready for it to be 100% more fun now!! Mine sounds like a 2 stroke dirtbike going up and down my street, neighbours hate me.... love it lol
