Last time I was driving the car it stalled like it ran out of gas.
I was driving for a while so I took as that.
I had a bbq at my house and wanted to run it for everyone and it would not start ,the first time for that.
So the other day I pulled the plug and was dripping wet.
I then pulled the starter a million times without the plug being in trying to get out any extra fuel.
I have left it for a couple days and did the same.
slaped in a new plug and the same thing, just a soaked plug.
I'm thinking I should drain all gas and check the carb.

Anyone have a idea why its flooding so bad ?

it do,s sound like the carb, i had no end of trouble with carb problems, if your going to change it get a real walbro carb not another k,m one.

i just had a similar problem with my hpi baja, same exact thing was going on, tried rebuilding carb stock carb (walbro), got another carb given to me which i went ahead and replaced the gaskets and diaphragm in because of a few grains of sand i found in it but same issue, finally i received the new 668 carb fromm ddm i ordered as a backup plan (which ended up getting used) and once the new walbro carb was installed the engine fired up again. so yes the carb is probably the issue. now as far as just get a walbro carb, my hpi came with a walbro which the carb failed after maybe 4 tanks of fuel doing exactly what the op describes so just because it is a walbro name brand doesn't mean anything besides the walbros are made in china and the km carbs probably come out of the same factory

prolly true, so far my carbs been workin good, even with the numerous removals for alloy intake and different filter setups etc... but in the case of these carbs, i betcha theyre all made in same places, just stamped with diff brands, km, walbro, etc.. so LR is right, it prolly don't make a diff what carb says, its same carb.

my carb on my clone baja gave up after 5months hard running it was made by a firm called runing????? i,d never heard of them but it was a good carb, it started to idle high and then flood the motor. so i got a brand new k,m carb fitted it and guess what same problem so that got me thinking it was,nt a carb problem so i rebuilt the motor started it up and same high idle to flooding problem? someone told me to ditch the brand new k,m carb so i did a got a walbro 603 and that fixed the problem it now runs and starts sweet, walbros are better quality just look at the castings of the alloy body to see that,

Your wrong m8 walbro is made in japan as its stamped on the carby where the km is made in china and also there is a chinese walbro so guys when you purchase a walbro carb make sure its the japanese carb = Quality

Thanks to all for pushing me in the same direction as my thoughts.
Witch carb is the best right out the box. Far as pre tuned/semi pre tuned ?
Also witch carb is the largest for our motors ?
I'm sure the 30.5 could use a larger one than the factory one for betteer throttle response.

walbro 668 would be the best carbie for a stock motor and a good tuned pipe would be the way to go !!!!!
