Is my servo toast?

So, I upgraded to a new remote - swapped out receiver, and I must've hooked something up backwards because my light controller started smoking... so I took out my light controller and killer bee from the mix, and hooked the servos straight to the receiver (slotted so I knew they were in right) and my steering servo does nothing... throttle works fine. I plugged the steering servo into the same port I had the throttle servo on, and still nothing.

Did I fry my servo? Can they be repaired easily or do I have to buy a new one?

Pulled it apart - I think I found the problem:


Two chips are burnt - anyone know if I can replace just this component?

Both are IOR537M Semiconductor Chips

Think I better just get a new one on the way - I'll have an extra set of gears though now lol - what model is good one to get? It's going in a Baja 5B
