Is there a way I can start my motor without installing it in the car?

Good afternoon. Is there a way I can start my motor without installing it in the car ? What’s to procedure to do it ?

You have to mount it to something and connect the fuel lines to a tank.
I made a plate with holes to fit the engine, then clamp plate in workmate.

I bought a spare rear frame plate for a Baja and use it to run engines on. C- clamp it to the bench in the garage.
