Yeah..it is a good engine....Only thing I know is there is a 3rd bearing added to the engine....Has been knowen to leak..Guys have took it out and added a oil seal in it's place.....Check with Benckie..He has used a 27CC engine......Slawhammer

Ya, I have that size head kit on my Firehammer buggy after stripping a exhaust thread on my 23 head and its a good cheap upgrade as a head kit.
