It will not start

I am new to the site. This is my first 1/5 scale. I just got a Rampage Mt V3 2 week ago, I look it over and checked all the nut and bolts. I trying to started the braking, and it will not start. It has a little spark, and I put in new spark plug. but it looks like its flooding. Need some help thanks?

If the plug is wet it is flooded.

Pull the plug out. Turn it upside down and give a few pulls.

Let it sit overnight with the plug out to dry the cylinder.

Reinstall the plug.

Never give it more than 3 pulls with the choke on, even if you don't get a pop.

Turn choke off it should start in a few pulls.

Here's a video on tuning the carbs. I'd start with leaning out the 'slow speed' screw (tighten it a turn) and try that.

Yes make sure your at the base carb settings. They don't always come set.

HSN 1.5 turns out

LSN 1.25 turns out

Thanks for the info I will try it tomorrow. Would the cold have anything to do with it?
