It wont run right

Hi everyone, i'm new her I need some advice I just got a Losi 5T which I have put in a 30.5cc ESP championship ported engine, when I startet it today it runs super rich and floods regardless how lean I put the needles. What can the case be? I was thinking airleak maybe? I tried to change the filter and intaket gasket without luck

posting a picture or two may help one of us see something obvious fella ,
plus is the engine new or used, any info would be a help,
an air leak would most likely make it run leaner,

Thank you for replying I think I got it to work now, changed the sparkplug and carb, was alot better now i think. I tried to attach a video, but it didn't work

probably just a bad carb then fella , or bad diaphram etc,

Yes, probably can't wait to take this beast out for a rip
