Kershaw Designs 5T Savage 4.6SS

Just like the title says I am converting a HPI Savage 4.6 SS from 1/8th scale to 1/5th scale, parts used are Kershaw Designs twin vertical side plates, axles, throttle and brake rods, Proline 40 series Big Joes, Proline 40 series Weld Cheyenne bead lock wheels, HPI 40 series wheel adapters, Rovan blue body, and a donor HPI SAVAGE 4.6 SS
What I started with

Next take side plates off

Bolt new side plates, new drive shafts, and new throttle and brake linkages

Mount engine plate, engine, fuel tank

Center wheels in wheel wells and drill new body mounts

And that's about all it takes to convert a 1/8th scale HPI Savage 4.6SS in to the hybrid 5T I have, it 1/5th scale but runs on nitro

So let me know what you think, I know I need to go get it dirty, work is crazy right now, having a 3 month old and being in the Virginia National Guard, I don't have to much free time. Soon it will have mud on it

No should still be 4WD with a mega long dogbone.

Get a couple of ofna 250CC fuel tanks in the middle and youll have 5th scale run times too

It's 4x4 with longer drive shafts, I need to take this out and drive it, it was a stupid wheely machine before, and yea it needs a bigger fuel tank, it's a little bit heavier but not as much as I thought it would be. I am happy with the way it turned out, and I made it a Chevrolet
