Where do I start ? I recently made two orders with killer rc . It’s going on two weeks and have not heard a word from them in regards to my oders . Has anyone had this issue . This is a damn shame ! I sent two emails and still no response .
 
Don't bother with this place anymore. They won't ship your order, no response to email and they don't respond after filing a PayPal claim. Place needs to shut it down...

Had the same thing happen to me but I use the social media platform to call him out and he sent my parts 2 days later. Facebook rc pages
 
As much as I feel bad for everything, complaining on the forum does nothing useful, other then buyer beware.
this is something you would take up with his states Attorney General. It's not guaranteed to get your products, but it's a start in the right direction, if there are enough complaints the AG will step in with legal actions.
On a side note, make sure you have written/email proof of purchase, and any contact on your behalf. Then go through your cc company and get your money back.
I've been through the AG path, it's a long road, but you do get results. In my case the company was forced to complete or refund all paid in full orders, refund all orders partially paid, and faced prison time and legal actions from the AG.

Thanks for the info . I contacted PayPal and they’re wait on a response from them .
 
I recently went through an issue with a place called sd truck springs on a $1200 purchase for airbags and a controller. After 4 months of no shipment, and a loss of email response I went through my CC company. Shot them the emails for proof, and lack of responses or no response and had my money back in 5 days.
