I just trial fitted the killer bee module.
It flashes green when all everything is switched on..... and when i turn on the remote on, it stops lighting.
Is this because i haven't installed it fully yet or is it not compatible to my gear?
Just want to make sure its going to work before i play around installing it

Press the Aux button on the transmitter and then it should go solid green. You won't be able to start the engine until the kill switch LED is solid green.

As it is, I can only get the killer bee module to flash.
I think I will try connecting the rest of its loom and try again

Connecting up the gray cable won't change anything. If the power is on and the LED light is off then that means you have the Aux channel switched off. You just need to flip it on. I dunno what switches your Aux channel on that radio. I don't do sticks. lol.
Maybe try a switch on the top of the radio?

To test my theory you can plug the kill switch into your steering channel (ch1) and move your steering back and forth. You will see the kill switch light turn on and off as you steer.

I upgraded to a 3 channel transmitter which has an aux channel where I can turn the engine off via the aux switch.
Is there any tests I can do to make sure the killer switch works if it senses any faults?

Turn off transmitter power. It should kill the engine.
Turn off rx power on the car. It should kill the engine.

Upgrade your radio to a Futaba 4PL and you'll be glad you did, plus it works perfectly fine with the KillerRC kill switch. You'll be glad you did! :D

I may be wrong but that looks like a 2ch set and not 3ch as you don't appear to have the toggle switch for the 3rd channel. If that is the case the kill switch you have may not work as there is a different version for 2ch sets.

This is the 3ch version

This is your 2ch version

Yes you are right but as I said I upgraded to the 3 channel version ;) as shown in the video

Anyhow thanks for everyone's help but I am so used to stick controllers since I was a kid and I hate the steering ones so I shall be sticking to this now
