King Motor T2000 - long drive belt

Hi there I just bought a used king motor t2000, and it seems like the drive belt is a little loose and it was touching the aluminum on the back end.. compare to the small drive belt, it seems like it's loose and I was wondering if there's any way to adjust it and make it more tight?
