I bought a 2 pack of cheapo mudguards to make a Uh mudguard for my Yamaha TW200 so I used the second sheet to make these. Comparable to KYDEX Sheet .093.
There are no bends or folds, just a flat piece that follows the cage. I ziptied them in case I wanted to make any changes and if the ties break, they are easy and cheap to replace. I wanted to follow the body lines up to the nose but the shock area threw me for a loop, and it got thin in that area to clear the under full compression so I stopped right before the shock. Now I have a place for some stickers.
Not perfect but better than what is there or available from the aftermarket.
