What’s up fellas, I recently bought a used Losi 5ive T.. It came bone stock but so far it’s been running amazing!

here is where I need help.
The front shock had no shock oil in it, I took the shock apart and everything looked ok except for the fact it had no oil in it.
I got some 30wt losi shock oil filled it back up
I placed the rubber cap back on and screwed everything in place.

Now it’s leaking from the breather hole on the blue cap, not sure what I’m doing wrong or what’s broken.
Any help will be appreciated.

POST EDIT** sorry about the confusion. Thanx to the fellas in this site I figured out it was a v1 5ive T.

Shock caps look more like the ones from the white/black or orange/grey black Losi 5ive T.

If they are....there is suposed to be a bladder inside the shock that stops the oil from coming out of the hole.

 I attached a few pics

Nice rig v1
In the vid there are some rubber cups/bladders that go under shock cap(y) is it there? If it is and still leaks it may be damaged

So this 5ive is a older model? The guy I bought it from told me it was the new 2.0 version ?

And yes, the shock does have that little black rubber cap... i switched those caps from left to right and so far it’s not leaking anymore....

Thank you all who have chimed in

On that version of the 5ive T, the rear shocks have a deeper rubber bladder than the fronts. You can identify them by a "R" on the bladder..

Also...if you plan on getting a prefilter for that stock air filter, make sure you get this one.
Part#: LOS356000.
https://www.amainhobbies.com/losi-5ive-square-prefilter-los356000/p467126
You will also have to remove the hard outer casing of the filter in order for it to fit.

AND....

That version of the 5ive T shipped wirh either a 2 bolt 29cc or a 4 bolt 29cc.
Which one did you get?

I just read your other post about upgrades...doesn't look like you have any intention on keeping the stock filter.
