I was doing some digging into the Killer RC killer bee, just looking over all the details on the website...
There is an option to get a LED so you have a visual idea if it is triggered or not... and then I read their FAQ and it says it can drive up to 50 LEDs...

So just wondering if anyone has wired up their own LED's to the kill switch? just wondering how their own light pods are wired? do they just have them in parallel or does anyone know if they are also limiting current with a resistor?
Any info appreciated

I am thinking of wiring some to the light bar of my DBXL and then have a better visual on the kill switch status

When the kill switch is working you get a solid light. If the kill switch is triggered then it will blink.... so you would know if the engine died for mechanical reasons (no spark, no fuel) or because the kill switch killed it

so back to my question.... does anyone have a lightpod that they can check to see if it is straight up just LED's or if there is any resistors on there as well...

Has anyone made up their own lightpods?

So I quickly threw something together

Does anyone know what screws to use to secure that light bar cover to the stock bar?

I think its the killer light bar... someone was kind enough to gift it to me, but it was missing hardware
