I too like the 4x4 5th scales but the bajas hold a special place in my heart on the oval. Just love the feel of 2 wheel drive. It is harder to get your setup right but that to me is part of the fun.

IMO 2wd takes a better driver as well. ;)
 
I agree. 2WD requires more skill to drive well. I started in RC with an Associated RC10 over 20 years ago and still have fond memories of that car.

I used to participate in BMWCCA events with an E46 M3 a few years ago and then switched over to an Evo 9 MR. The M3 took far more driver skill than the Mitsubishi to lap quickly but was also a lot more fun to drive. The Evo when set up right was more like a point and shoot. I loved the Evo as well, but the vehicle dynamics were completely different since it was AWD with a 50/50 torque split.

2wd's are awsome, it makes it a slight bit more challenging and I will agree its all in the setup
