Losi dbxl 1.0 gas

I have the chance of buying a Losi DBXL 1.0 for $250 BUT they are 90% sure the motor is blown, with nothing on the output shaft it revs but bogs and shuts off, and the output shaft has an 8th or more of play back and forth but has 105lb compression, it has a 30.5cc rovan motor. Is it worth buying and throwing a g320 and a tuned pipe on it? Thanks
