losing power and control of transmitter when truck power is on and running

i have the rampage mt.. i can start truck without the power on either transmitter or truck and it will run perfect.. but when i turn power on the truck and controler it will run good for a min then i lose control of controler and the truck will go full throttle by itself.. anyone else have this issue?

I have that problem when my battery pack goes low.fully charged never acts up.
