Been slowly rebuilding a Marder body I got with a load of other stuff. I've been using resin with tissue matt as it seems to grip into the keyed up poly really well. Also I've used a bit from another shell to get the shape in and totally rebuilding one part which has removed to fit a performance exhaust. Ok it'll probably crack or shatter on the first impact but its keeping me out of trouble.

Its really rigid with the GRP, just i think its too rigid and will crack or shatter on its first impact
The shoe goo has great tensile strength. it'll prevent the cracks from making the body disintegrate into pieces but won’t prevent the cracks. If you know what I mean
