right lads got an evo 3 and also got an lsd for the front now when i have gone to fit it the diff output shafts are longer causing the drive shafts to be very very tight in the cups no movement at all i have had the diffs next to each other and the new lsd is about 1.5mm longer on each end has anybody fitted a lsd and had the same problem

is it possible that was lsd for evo 2 cars, as they had shorter arms, thus shorter driveshafts, wheres as the evo 3 has longer wishbones so shorter diff outputs. jus an idea...
 
Well I did pick up the LSD and installed it in a pre EVO Baja 1000 and I also had to grind down the output shafts. The shafts were sticking to far into the drive cups and I had the same problem as mcdracerunner, the drive shafts were too tight.
