yeh they can be a tad finniky miles,
but if ya get em right there just the same as a single and don't need touching much ,
and any time miles, ya got my number

Had to machine the brass breather pipe fitting to make it fit. Standard winged clunks for the fuel feeders.
Note there is no fuel filler cap.

That’s what intended mate, I know I won’t win any speed filling competitions.

So I’ve made a bit more progress, got the motor installed after much much swearing. . It’s a perfect fit now, after I’ve loosened everything off again to fit the suspension tower. FFS.




UFC clutch fitted.


About to install the ceramic coated VRC headers and UFC clutch bell.

Forgot to mention that I also fitted one of my Rep732 pull start cords. Plastic coated wire with crimped copper ends, should last a while.



I used this method to install it, super easy.

my twin took some fiddling to get to fit right when i had it in the baja miles,
once sorted it should go in an out easy now ,

What mph are you guys seeing with the twins?

I’ve not finished building it. They can do 100mph on road as has been proven many times.

Im hoping for around 40-50mph off road with 24:50 Blackbone gearing, if that’s too short I’ve got 26:48 to try.

I’ve got a Blackbone 2 speed for my 40cc which I think will be my fastest. The carbon Baja will handle well but won’t have the greatest speed, that’s running 20:54 I think.

I've been wanting a twin forever now just soo much dough. Had my 29cc up to 51 yesterday and now I'm craving more speed!

Dude speed is about gearing and weight, what do you want to do exactly and on which surface?
A bit more stuff done today even though it doesn’t look like it. Everything has to together at 3 least times before it fits. Lots of Fiddling needs to be done before it fits just right. You will always get this issue when using multiple after market manufacturers.

Ahh I'm just drooling over yours. Picked up a set of road tires and 19/55 gearing over the winter and your thread gave me motivation to give er a go. Now I want more speed than my pocket will allow
