Just fixed my dx5c radio and was thinking about switching to spare flysky for raminator. Only concern was will my MOD kill switch work. The power button was sticking on the spectrum radio but think I got it fixed. Anyway way decided to look at MOD website to check radio compatibility. Turns out Matt has designed a 2nd generation kill switch that works without a axillary switch. Just turning radio off to kill engine along with standard low voltage, loss of signal etc. Mine works off the axillary switch, but if you're radio doesn't have one you now have a option. I personally recommend his switch, going on 5 plus years with no issues. The 2nd gen will not work with newer spectrum radio per Matt but 1st Gen, which I have on 5t 2.0 does with non avc reciever. And yes was going to use the flysky on 5t 2.0 but like I said it seems like I got it fixed. But if it continues to be a problem I'll update if flysky/1st generation MOD switch are compatible.

My teammate just switched to the MOD last weekend for our local track's big race. At $99 it's a lot more than the Dynamite but we have now had 3 Dynamites die. Sometimes they won't kill the motor and other times they make the spark weak/inconsistent. I am still running the Dynamite but keeping an eye on the MOD.
