Just mounted heavy duty receiver switch and volt meter to front screen, going to have to get gearbox and master cylinder done next.

Bit the bullet and removed the gearbox to fit my new diff .
Quick change diff my a**e , had to strip loads of stuff off the chassis to get it out.
Rebuilt with full Blackbone gears including in the diff and FLM outputs , fitted my Taylor titanium input shaft.
Shimmed the Blackbone spur onto the shaft instead of using the spacer , got a near perfect fit.
Had to cut a hole in my carbon gear cover to clear the nut , but it should be good for a long time now.
Just putting it back together now.

Redid the rear shaft protectors today as I wasn't happy with the curved ones. These are much stronger , and I think they look better , with more space round the shaft.
Made up alloy block to mount the new master cylinder to clear the exhaust (just). Had to make a stepped block to move cylinder inward by 5mm.
Got it all connected up and fitted revised pushrod system.
Much better for tipping mineral oil fluid in now. Bleeding brakes and refitting roll cage next.
Had to replace leaking seals in my shocks with 16x10x4 viton lip seals , 2 in each, so much better sealing than the original silicone moulded seals fitted. Action is better too and they only cost a few pounds.

Got the car all back together now and test run. Brakes are super powerful now , even had to dial them back a bit as the rears kept locking up as soon as brake was applied.
Blew all the dust off now and moved on to building my vintage Kyosho optima mid up from all the bits I have collected.

Run the engine in on Putoline MX5 oil and it smells fantastic.
Fitted new alloy beadlocks and gave it a short run on nice mown grass at my mates farm.
Pictures are pre run , as there is quite allot of dust and grass to blow off it now.
Really pleased with how it runs , lots of power and the brakes are very sharp now that they have bedded in.
Very pleased.
