So as the time passes that the Raminator has been out there are starting to be more engine and transmission options out there. I figured I would start a thread where we could consolidate options and what is out there. This is not a list by preferance or opinion...just what is out there. Feel free to post your thoughts and comments as appropriate. Here is what I am aware of at this moment:

RC Max 80 Supreme, complete kit
https://www.rcmax.co.uk/product-page/raminator-rcmax-80-supreme-complete-package

RC Max 50GT complete kit
https://www.rcmax.co.uk/product-page/raminator-rcmax-50gt-package-incl-pipe

Stock 49CC TMR modified, engine only. At this time no pipe readily available.
https://www.primalrc.com/product-tmr03

OBR to publicly release a 46/47 reed case engine soon. No link readily available yet.

Primal Electric conversion. This will run off of 8s with a liquid cooled brushless motor. At this time it is in what appears to be the tail end of development and there are some sneak peeks out.

I have read others mention there are upgrades available for the transmission, to date, I have not been able to find one. If others could post that would be awesome.

TMR is garbage and buyers have been waiting for the pipe for the last year. I'd do the 50 or 80.

I'm personally waiting on the OBR. Looks like great power and the pipe fits within the factory body (after the driver is removed). The 80 in my opinion is too much power for the transmission as there are stories of people roasting them. The 50 is great balance power wise, I just think the 50 and 80 pipe look goofy, as it looks like a rocket ship strapped to its back. I know its silly, but I enjoy the look of the "true monster truck".

Be cautious with the new obr engine. The current 46/7 is a turd. I'd let a few other brave soles get it first and see how it does.

Keep in mind the engine is not completely broken in and was not getting full throttle. Run much better now.
My front yard is to small i need to get into a big field and Ill have a new video as soon as i can

OBR 47 FATBOY REEDCASE
I spoke w OBR via email a couple months ago...they said engines are ready they are working out pipe issues it sounds like. Said they can sell the engine but would have to work out my own pipe. I appreciate the open and honest input vs just sell an engine and then be out of luck regarding a pipe. Why are there so many issues getting pipes designed and made for the after market engines for the Raminator?

All the 46/47’s I’ve seen on the 5ive’s are less than impressive. Most people I know that buy them show up to one of our local clubs run for it for a few weeks then randomly show up with a 34 reed after binning the fat boy🤣
I would have to agree with you but in the Raminator it shines not sure why but it runs very good.

I’m not sure I know that when I cut up a Jetpro for a goped and made a pipe to fit the 47 FatBoy and it looked nice and mean.
Jetpro was suppose to manufacture the pipes just copy the one I did for the Raminator and they just didn’t want to do it but never told Obr so they got screwed on the deal and time. It seems to me that Jetpro doesn’t want to make any money. It’s harder than it seems to get a company to make these pipes. I really don’t know why. OBR has the engines and the mounting kits in stock ready to go but without a pipe it’s kinda dead until someone will make these pipes for them.
