Mounting tires...

Usually I buy pre-mounted tires and wheels, I got a good deal on tires and rims and can't for the life of me get the tires on the rims?! The tires are PMT and the rims FG on-road (Sportline 08), any help will be greatly appreciated!

warm the rubber, chill the rim? I hate gluing tires with a passion. I try to buy pre mounts when I can. I understand all too well. I tried to remove tires that had come unglued and couldn't get them off. I am sure someone has a trick but heating and chilling makes sense to me for expanding/contracting the materials. you just have to do 1 at a time and quick

Tried the swearing part, didn't work but sure felt good...Thanks for your help, had a few other suggestions from my Australian friends on another forum and am now ready to do it, or, swear a lot....
