So I’m still piecing parts to REBUILD the shocks in the 5iveT, The ONLY kit I found that came with the breather caps and Orange O-rings was on FleaBay.... ... ETA - Feduary 1st

Yikes that’s real down south, I’m in broward county.....

I’ve heard there is a 5th scale track out in homestead I tried looking it up. But didn’t find any info

Servos are in.... can someone tell me how to set up the servos properly.

I thought it was going to be hard installing these. But they were super easy! Steering servo feels super sturdy now.

For the Steering I went with the infamous 845 hitek

For the throttle servo, I went with this mount. Again it was super easy to install.

EDIT UPDATE***: I found a random screw that fits, it will work till I find the correct screw
I also installed the Full force V2 fuel lines & fittings.

The hardest part of installing these servos was cutting the plastic box to make everything fit.
I used a Dremel to file everything down smoothly.

Took out the 5iveT at 10:45pm to test out the servos. And man it feels nice on the stock radio.
I still need to fine tune the throttle servo and engine tune but I’m waiting till the new radio arrives

I ordered two radios.
a fly sky 3cha and a Futaba 4pk. If the fly sky works good. The Futaba is going back and those funds will go towards beefing up the drive train.

I just installed the steering and throttle servos.

Did u tube the brass hi flow fittings..as in this

Imo/experaince the fittings don't make a very good seal if just pushed in.....but the tube nakes for a very tight seal...i run this on 4x of my 1/5th 's

I use the same setup and mine still leaks around the grommet. Actually its the snappy rc ultimate fuel kit with the ffrc brass fittings.

I have the snappy kit on my baj and i find that silly breather thing leaks everywere ....but all my other 3x r fine ...i thk i will b removing the snappy crap and jus run a 2x hole grommet

Maybe i just need a new breather then. Do you use any kind of sealer around the grommet?
