Try reaching out to that "Engine Trix" that is on the cylinder head. I see they are on facebook but I don't do that.

Its a zenoah g230rc with a et head kit. They stopped making those cylinders in 2003. Just replace the cylinder with a zenoah g260rc 2 bolt rebuild kit. The pullstart elimator aka block off scoop was team rancho.
