Need Help!! Radio System!!!

Hey everyone! So, I'm getting my new Rampage MT Pro:celebrate: tomorrow but, it doesn't come with a radio system. My question is I have an extra Hpi Baja 5T Radio System, TF-10 Radio & RF-10 Rx will I be able to use it with no problems? Thank you in advance!!!!

Ya, but I wouldn't. You could with a Killswitch hooked up. I would put out a bit more for a good radio system. Would hate to hear you lost control and put your new baby into a tree.

1. If you do use cheap radio and no fail safe, then I recommend only play with the car at a track or in a contained fence-in area. If you loose control, at least I hope the fence will stop it. Just imagine this 35 lbs truck running full speed into a car, someone, or something, OUCH!!!

2. Cheap remote - at least use a fail safe on the throttle servo, test it and make sure you set it up CORRECTLY!

3. Invest in a good 3 ch radio and you can use it on all your RC cars. Also get a remote fail safe/shut off - well worth it for safety and a peace of mind.

People spend $1000 on an rc then try to cheap out with a $25 radio... invest in something decent that you can use for years. I have had my spektrum for about 4 yrs now.. I have a cheap 2.4 ghz radio too but it's for my electric rc's.
