need lowe gears!! help!!

i got a xtm buggy 1/5 scale. put the redcat adapters and bigger tires on. i need to know where or how i can get some lower gearing. it has ddm pipe and duratrax air filter. 23cc engine. it struggles to get into the power band with the new tires. 19 and 48 tooth gears on engine. any help please!! thanx!!
