new cy engine running too rich-how do i adjust this-low needle-high needle or change oil ratio-currently running 25:1 mixture.engine idles and runs great,just the plug gets black within 2 tanks-low 1 1/4- high 1 1/4.any advice will be appreciated

Sorry to say there is not set settings for needles. Each engine could be a little different. The weather, altitude and other factors affect tune. All most impossible to tune one over the Internet. Might help if you post a video of it running. What brand oil are you running? Here is a video that I hope will help. Tuning is about half way in to the video.
